Chocolate and Avocado mousse


Smooth and creamy chocolate avocado mousse. You’d never guess from the taste that the main ingredient is avocado in this perfectly textured mousse! It works for savory things and sweet things. Enjoy!


 

Serves 6 - 8 shoot glasses
INGREDIENTS:

2 large ripe avocado's, peeled and stoned

3–4 Tablespoons honey, or extra for a sweeter taste
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
40g raw cacao powder


 
DIRECTIONS:
Place the avocados into a food processor then blend until smooth.




Add honey and vanilla with cacao powder.
 




blend until cocoa is completely combined. Taste and add more honey if necessary.

 

Spoon the chocolate mousse into 8 to 12 shot glasses or couple wine glasses then place into fridge for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
